Returns will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.

Please contact us within 14 calendar days of your parcel being delivered. If we don’t hear from you within this window, we’ll assume everything is fine with your order. Any item issues must be reported within these 14 calendar days of receipt. After that, we might not be able to assist with any problems.
